The new route to a professional qualification in project management
Project Management is now an established and distinct profession in its own right. The Chartered Institute of Building has set new standards, and best practice guidance, through the publication of its own Code of Practices for Project Management (now in its 4th Edition).
The training courses offered by the CIOB Academy have been developed by Ladymead Projects specifically for the construction and engineering sectors and are fully accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM).
The new Academy provides an ideal platform where those new to project management can be given a first class route to a successful career and the more experienced can develop and hone their existing skills to a higher professional and independently accredited level.
It will provide the participating organisations and individuals with the opportunity to create significant market differentiation between themselves and their competitors and enhance their credibility.
